Mode of payment
If you wish to do so, it is possible to pay the amount of your reservation in two payments, in the following manner:

A first check for the amount for the registration to the Symposium, which will be cashed on reception. |

A second check for the amount of the Accommodation reservation, which will be cashed 30 days after its reception. |

In the event of you choosing to pay by bank transfer, it is also possible to pay in two transfers, and the same modalities apply. |

This form of payment in two parts applies only to those registrations received up until 30 days before the Symposium, the limit date then being Mai 30th 2009. |
General Sales Conditions
NON PARTICIPATION TO THE SYMPOSIUM
If after having carried out the payment, a participant is in the impossibility of attending the Symposium, the payed amount will not be refunded. The participant can however yield his own reservation to another person of his choice, but only after having communicated it to the Secretariat of the Symposium before June 12 via the website, at the Contact link.
Conditions for refund in « Major Force » cases
In conformity with Article 1148 of the Civil Code, for this present contract (Registration to the 2nd Symposium France of Biodanza®), will only have right to a full repayment of the advances and payments made to the title of the foresaid registration, the cases known as of “Major force”. The following incidents are known as “Major force” cases:
Death of the participant or of one of its immediate close relatives
(parents, grandparents, children, brothers or sisters).
Professional resettlement arranged by the employer
Cancellation of vacation and holidays arranged by the employer
Disease and personal injuries (with medical justification document, or with insurance company document)

By the present I admit accepting the methods of registration, payment and cancellation.
- I recognize having been informed that the organizing entity of the 2nd Symposium France (Association Biodanza Evènements PACA) declines any responsibility for any damage occurring to my personal goods during the duration of the event and any accident or physical or other injuries occurring because of practice of the suggested activities.
- I admit having been informed of my responsibility to take the necessary measures to ensure myself for the practice of the activity.
